Several distinctive projects have shaped our history as a company, from the federal headquarters of the Verdi union, to the Berlin branch of Vattenfall, to an entire neighborhood such as Pepitahöfe in Spandau. Each of these remarkable projects was realized on time and within budget, evidence that neither size nor complexity scare us.
Berlin is changing, Berlin is growing - and we are present in many places in this city. But not just in any way: We make sure that Berlin has affordable living space and contemporary places to work. We are currently driving several projects in parallel, whether living, working or mixed, whether downtown, on the outskirts or in Brandenburg, in Mitte we are currently planning WIEWEIL, a lively place of knowledge and exchange, New Work areas are being created on Hauptstrasse in Rummelsburg, in Marzahn we are building a social dormitory and in Velten we are currently designing a new residential area with Rosa Lux:
