How we imagine the office

The era when Berlin was economically weak is over. In the “war of talent,” more and more corporations are deciding to move their innovative departments to where the talent wants to live, work – and party: Berlin. Two-thirds of startup investments in Germany flow to the capital. But being on site is not enough, companies have to offer something special. New Work is not just a trend. And the pandemic additionally forced us all to rethink the way we live and work. Wir planen gerade mehrere Gebäude, die Officeflächen mit hoher Flexibilität bieten, die verschiedene Funktionen sinnvoll mischen und den Gesundheitsanforderungen dieser Zeit gerecht werden. Our conclusion: the city needs new spaces. We are currently planning several buildings that offer office space with a high degree of flexibility: spaces that mix different functions in a sensible way and that meet the health requirements of these times. After all, it is the users who want to design their workplace according to their specific needs. We want to give them the flexibility and opportunity to accomplish this.
