The Löhrs Carré, centrally located next to the main train station, is one of the largest new commercial construction projects in post-reunification Leipzig. The headquarters of the Landesbank of Saxony and the Sparkasse Leipzig were developed and constructed simultaneously. Another project realized by KIM during its long-standing partnership with Hochtief.
