Our “Ulmenallee” development plan in Ahrensfelde covers almost 17 hectares. In addition to a new five-form entry secondary school, we were allowed to plan a large area, which we seem to have done well. Numerous municipal representatives from different political camps praised our planning as the “best urban development we have had on the table here so far”. The development plan is expected to be adopted in 2024.
