Soziales Wohnheim

A social dormitory home in Marzahn-Hellersdorf. A project that had already failed. We got it up and running again and improved it significantly. Already in April 2023, several months before the planned completion, we could hand over the house: Including the approval process, less than two years to turnkey and furnished handover! We are creating space there for people, including single parents with children, who are at risk of becoming homeless or already are. We are building for the state-owned company Berlinovo as the property owner and the renowned social company Unionhilfswerk will operate the house.
