Richtfest Ceremony in Record Time

Despite all the difficulties we are currently facing in the market, we were able to celebrate a Richtfest, or roofing ceremony, in record time for our social dormitory on Marchwitzastrasse in Marzahn. The eight-story building, which we are constructing for the state-owned company Berlinovo, grew from the ground to the roof in just six months—thanks in part to our construction partner Anes and the many others who were involved. In mid-2023, the renowned social company Unionhilfswerk will move into the building as a tenant and operate it permanently as a social housing.
