The Berlin headquarters of Vattenfall were built in the middle of Mitte, Berlin’s most central neighborhood. At the time, it was built for the predecessor company VEAG. Here, in partnership with Hochtief, KIM assumed responsibility for the entire range of services, from the creation of building rights to turnkey construction.
