Topping-out ceremony for the Pepitahöfe after only nine months of construction. In the presence of Berlin’s Senator for Construction Katrin Lompscher, Spandau’s Mayor Helmut Kleebank and City Councilor for Construction Frank Bewig, over 300 guests, including many construction workers, celebrated.
